St Peter's Church

"St Peter's Church is at the centre of the parish and village of Burnham and is an Inclusive Eucharistically centred church in the liberal catholic tradition. Our church family is an active and visible presence in the heart of the Burnham community, strong on fellowship and celebrating God’s love with those around us. Our services offer a range of worship for all ages."

St Anne’s Church, Dropmore

St. Anne’s is a delightful little Church which celebrated its 150 year anniversary in May 2016. The Community love their Church and are always keen to help with its upkeep including assisting with tidying the Churchyard two or three times a year. At St Anne’s, current services are based on The Book of Common Prayer with hymns from Hymns Ancient and Modern and 100 Hymns for Today. Psalms are taken from the Book of Common Prayer. Sunday Services are at 9.15 a.m. On the first, third and fifth Sundays of the month, it is a Holy Communion service and on the second and fourth Sunday, it is Matins.

Burnham URC Church

“Burnham URC seeks to be a local fellowship within the United Reformed Church providing for the spiritual needs both of those within the Reformed tradition and those of other, or no, traditions.Trusting in the grace of God, the church will seek to increase its witness in the village and surrounding communities, to encourage growth in faith and in spirituality among existing members and adherents of all ages, and to provide the space and means by which others may come to faith.

The church will endeavour to play its full part in local ecumenical activities and in the wider councils of the United Reformed Church.”

Burnham Abbey

We are a contemplative Augustinian Community and our principal work is worship, thanksgiving and intercession, reaching out on behalf of others to the source of all love and goodness and holding before Christ the pain and suffering of the world. Rooted within the monastic tradition, we live a life of prayer, silence, fellowship and solitude.The Eucharist is the centre of our life, where we are most deeply united with Christ, one another and all for whom we pray.
