Burnham has a beautiful and historic village centre, which in recent years, as with many high streets, has seen a decline in footfall and the range of shops and services.

We’re therefore looking for an Economic Development Manager to lead the way in developing a strategy and deliver projects to revitalise the High Street, and the other business areas in Burnham.

Parish Councillor

Are you a dedicated and motivated member of the Burnham community, interested in helping to shape local facilities and services, and providing a voice for our 13,000 residents? If so, we want to hear from you.

We have three vacancies on the Parish Council, open to anyone who lives or works in or around Burnham, and who feels they can bring skills and knowledge to help support and strengthen us in our work. The Council is at its strongest when it represents all parts of the community, and we are particularly keen to hear from those who are currently underrepresented, including young people, ethnic minorities, and the disabled.

Being a member of the Council is an unpaid appointment.
